This first version collects only the information submitted through the wholesale RFQ form and the technical data required to protect the form from abuse.
Information collected
The RFQ form may collect your name, work email, company, country, phone number, selected product references, project message and an optional supporting file. A submission timestamp, inquiry reference and limited anti-abuse data may also be recorded.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review the sourcing request, clarify specifications, prepare a quotation and maintain a record of the inquiry. It is not used to publish your project details.
Files
Optional files are stored separately from the inquiry record and are used only as supporting material for the request. Do not upload passwords, payment information or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Retention and contact
Retention and privacy contact details will be completed when the verified company information and operating policy are supplied.
